Just the right amount I know you can buy these in bulk for cheap but I don’t like to scoop the seeds out then try to figure out if they’re too much or too little. If your cooking with annato seeds for the first time just be aware that it has some bitterness to it you can counter it with some sugar but that might change the flavor of your food.

Perfect size and great quality. These packets are the perfect size and airtight for freshness. After buying a large container in a supermarket that unbeknownst was already moldy, I have a new found appreciation for buying small and airtight packages.

Hard to find I’m always having a hard time finding annato seeds (always paste or some sort of “mix”) This is perfect and works similarly to saffron in adding color to certain rice dishes.
