Love this sauce! If you’re looking for a sauce with a nice, but not over the top kick, this is it. It’s got some good flavor with some nice heat. I use this with eggs, and it’s FANTASTIC! The flavor it instills with eggs is really good, and I’ve liked it better using it with eggs than with other meat. I’ve used it for chicken, and for my own personal taste, I’d use a bit more lime, but that’s up to you and your taste buds. With seafood, a little goes a long ways.

buh-GOWRN!! Tried out the Caribbean lime LaMar sauce on a piece of Mahi tonight, it was slammin!! Had a nice Limey taste with just the right kick. Rated 5/10 on the hot scale which was just right for me. Tried just a dab at first and by the end of the meal I had that fish swimming in it!! I think LaMar will be having a date with some chicken on Friday night. BOING!!

My favorite sauce for fish This is my favorite sauce for fish. I mix it with 2 parts mayo, 1 part Caribbean lime sauce. It is so much better than tartar sauce. Also, I can’t tolerate a lot of spice, but this isn’t too spicy for me. It’s probably equivalent to a medium salsa, but as a mayo-based sauce, it’s more like a mild salsa.
