Gabrielle comes from the Caribbean island of Trinidad, with its amazing turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, colourful tropical flowers and exotic birds. Her dream is to become an actress; she has always loved the arts and has her first degree in Visual and Theatre Arts from the University of the West Indies. After achieving this she took a gap year to help finance her move to the Big Apple, she then moved to New York to do post graduate studies in Acting and Theatre Arts, a friend and mentor once told her that `the first degree is for your parents and the second degree for yourself`, she is very proud to have been able to support herself and follow her heart!Gabrielle is currently also one of Trinidad & Tobago`s Youth Ambassadors for the UN. Sports & leisure interests include: equestrian show jumping; yoga; pilates; dance; fashion design/sewing; art; photography; theatre; piano; ballroom & Latin dance; swimming; First Aid (CPR/Life guard training); and has just starting to learn Spanish. She has a deep appreciation for Trinidad`s local cuisine: from roti, to shark and bake, to crab and dumplings, to name a few. Her motto is `Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you`.
